Melissa at MasterPiece Weddings

Big Question is how many weddings do you do, some people think that hiring Joe Schmo Catering that usually does BBQ drop off, doesn't know anything about a wedding timeline, their staff isn't used to doing weddings, they don't know about filling water glasses, the staff can't carry a tray... I could go on, but really, it's "How many weddings do you do?"

Great Post Kay!!!

Absolutely Melissa!

I was so focused on the details within the differences between full-service vs. limited service caterers, but that question should be the most obvious and the FIRST question asked.

Thanks a bunch for pointing that out. It is definitely key.
